Do I walk or exercise enough?

Review the American Heart Association’s recommendation of physical activity in adults. If you are concerned your kids are not moving enough, invite them to go for a walk with you. Make it fun. Find a local park or design a maze around a shopping mall or grocery store. Example, find a store that sells furniture, maybe even add a color. 

Yes, something is better than nothing. BUT always discuss physical activity with your doctor or local health clinic, especially, when you are to adopt a new health regime. Drink water and keep hydrated and strive to get enough sleep.
